Build Your Own PC Print E-mail
Why build your own PC?

1) It saves you money. Having a choice in what parts are right for you is a sure way to come out on top. Do you really need a gigabit network card that is bundled with the pre-made system with the extra cost from the likes of Dell for example? Or a little-too-powerful video card? You be the judge (or at least, we'll help you be the judge).

2) It can increase stability and performance if done properly. Sometimes certain peripherals work better together; others not so much. Dell and HP and the other big boys are only interested in one thing: cost depreciation. Thus, they often choose what costs the least rather than what works best. But with the right knowledge and research, you can find the best fit possible between components. We can help you with that, too!

3)It allows you to tailor the machine to meet your exact tastes. Rather than make compromises with the machine you're set to buy, you tell us exactly what you're looking for and we will build you that exact machine.

4)You can mix-and-match. Do you have an older computer that you wish you could put to some use? Maybe it has a nice DVD Writer in it, or some still-used RAM? When you build a new machine, you are free to use old parts from other machines (of yours, of course) and save yourself some bucks.

5) In general, you get a sense of empowerment from building your own computer. When you turn on that new PC, you can really say with pride that it is YOUR PC.
