One-Time Onboarding Fees

We come to your location and sit down for an hour to discuss your support needs and how we might help you. 

Site Audit & Assessment

$250 / location

This is part of our Five Spheres approach to support. After a free consultation we'll perform an audit of all your current equipment, documenting everything we can and giving that information to you along with our recommendations. Most sites can be done in an hour but this may vary.

Computer Remediation

$100 / workstation

$200 / server

This is the one-time process whereby we enact our recommendations from the assessment. The cost listed here is for a typical office. Additional fees may be assessed depending on your existing environment. We will always be upfront about such costs and offer payment plans if needed. This phase must be done before you qualify for an SLA.

Workstations

$35 per month

For an easy-to-calculate monthly fee, we'll deliver enterprise-grade monitoring & management to your business. This fee includes the following for each computer covered (Mac or PC):

 
  • Cloud-based Remote Support
  • OS Security Update Management
  • 3rd Party Update Management
  • Hardware Monitoring
  • Antivirus Software
  • Virus Removal (if needed)

Servers

$60 per month
(each)

We can also monitor your servers. A server in this case is any computer that performs a roll that includes (but isn't limited to) centralized file sharing, domain control, email management, etc.
